PURIFIED WATER STORAGE TANK

The purified water storage tank is made of imported 304 or 316L stainless steel, with internal and external surfaces polished. The water tank is equipped with high, middle and low water level controllers and a sterilizing air respirator. There are also stainless steel valves and piping systems.
1. Use of purified water storage tank products

Purified water storage tanks are used for purified water storage in electrodialysis, single-stage reverse osmosis, and EDI water production units. Purified water storage tanks are divided into horizontal and vertical types. According to different process requirements, they are divided into two types: 316L and 304 materials. The inside and outside of the tank are overall polished to Ra0.45. The purified water storage tank can meet the pure steam sterilization requirements of GMP specifications. It is equipped with a 0.22um respirator, a 360o rotating tank washer, and a liquid level measuring device. It is equipped with a water inlet, a return port, a pure steam sterilization port, and a washing port. Tank interface, respirator interface, water outlet, sewage outlet, sampling port. The purified water storage tank can also add other interfaces and devices according to the user's process requirements. Can produce tank volume equipment of 0.5-50m3.

The pipe mouth of the purified water storage tank has a liquid level gauge (capacitive, non-contact ultrasonic or glass tube type), air breathing port, thermometer (digital display or dial type), CIP cleaning port, sight glass, explosion-proof sight light, SIP sterilization port, liquid inlet and outlet and manhole, etc.

Purified water storage tanks have capacities ranging from 100L to 3000L, and can also be designed and manufactured according to the actual needs of customers.
